  1. I wouldn't be surprised if it does have to do with any huge recent injuries, and more aware of how much pain you could get in on stage. I think I can see what you mean, though. I also think it may be from being tired, since this is a pretty long tour, and he said when I talked to him a bit at the Seattle show that in the future whenever they do tours they're not going to be nearly as long/fewer shows at a time.
  2. took this in seattle. was hoping to take a couple more but I got yelled at for filming haha http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyPiEdVnkK8
  3. Creature Club

Alright then, I guess I'll bring my creature club card and hope for the best. I'd like to see the soundcheck
  4. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that hasn't gotten their preorder yet, I was wondering if there were still issues
  5. Creature Club

will I be able to renew my membership at the venue? I hate doing that shit online, and I was able to do that last time in 2010.
  6. After listening to the album, I guess here is the criticism I have to give: The cover art is gorgeous, however, I feel like it didn't work for this album at all. The spacey album cover makes me feel like I have to picture a space atmosphere, and I'm not sure why I feel like it's forcing me to, but it's just not working, and makes it seem empty. I'm not even sure why I'm putting this in seeing as it has nothing to do with the songs themselves...but I feel like it needed to be said. The picture still looks wonderful in general, though! I also didn't care very much for all the extra, soft repetitive bits that transition the songs....the only place where I actually liked it was the very last song, as it plays out and comes to a close, but other than that, I feel like the transitions were a bit long. Other than those things, I really don't see anything bad about this album, and it's really, really good. I think I need to listen to it a few times and hopefully it'll grow on me. The songs I enjoy the most are Think of Me When They Sound and Bird Sounds.
  7. Glad to know that my preorder didn't get sent to the wrong place. I'd rather wait an extra week or two than have a messed up CD
  8. Yeah, I've got to admit, I'm not big at all at the fact that a band like Touche Amore is opening for Circa. It's music that I might get into later, and similar to other artists and bands I listen to, but honestly I don't think I've been that much of a fan at all of any openers I've seen Circa with except for Codeseven and Animals As Leaders, and I like O'Brother, so I guess it won't be all bad, but I don't really understand this lineup at all. I hate dealing with over-thrashy crowds when I'm not prepared for it
  9. Creature Club

I'm glad I checked here to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything; thank you for reposting the email! My membership expired in March.
  10. From what it seems to me, the Seattle date is actually at the Showbox Market, according to the Showbox website. I'm trying to renew my Creature Club membership, but when I go to update and make a new payment, it doesn't have anything for me to select under "Select Product"...is the Creature Club still a thing, or will there be more memberships put out for this tour?
  11. The Sound of Animals Fighting

sighhh I wish I knew about this! I need to check back here more...hello eBay here I come
  12. Daytrotter Session

thanks for the link! so annoyed at daytrotter charging money now
  13. I'm gonna hope this is where I'm supposed to post this hahah I got videos of almost all the songs (I didn't film about two or three) from anthony's seattle show of the beautiful things tour, and thought I'd share them here if anyone was interested in seeing them. http://www.youtube.com/user/fr0zencreek?fe...A/0/etARyWpsEnI
  14. just got home from the seattle show. so good! I got lots of footage from tonight, every song except two or three. I'll be posting those hopefully soon, as soon as I get the renders for them out, then I'll post them here I haven't read all the posts on here, but along with plays pretty for baby and seven years they also covered diamond eyes by deftones
